Duties and Responsibilities
Key Duties:

• Promote company products and services
• Manage and grow company social media platforms (content creation, posting, engagement)
• Design marketing materials (flyers, catalogues, digital ads, email campaigns)
• Run and track digital marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Follow up on customer feedback and inquiries
• Support tender preparations and supplier registration.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance and lead-generation reports
• Work closely with Sales to convert leads into revenue
 

Qualifications and Experience
Required Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 1 year marketing experience
• Digital marketing skills are a strong advantage
• Basic graphic design skills
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking
• Ability to track results and work towards growth targets
